Fellowship Certification Pathway Application

Individuals that have successfully completed an Accredited Abdominal Transplant Fellowship Training Program are eligible to apply for the Transplant Accreditation & Certification Council (TACC) Transplant Surgery Practice Certification after they have been in practice a minimum of one year and a maximum of five years.

Please review the eligibility information found here before proceeding with the application. There is a $250 fee that is due when you submit the application. A refund will not be issued if you apply and are not eligible for this pathway. 

TACC reserves the right to make changes in its rules and procedures for its certification at any time and without prior notice.
